Is het toegestaan om een restschuld ontstaan na 2018 te financieren onder Norm 4? Deze restschuld is toch niet meer fiscaal aftrekbaar?

Een restschuld, ook die is ontstaan op of na 2018, kan worden gefinancierd met NHG. Ook als deze in box 3 terechtkomt. De restschuld dient minimaal annuïtair te worden afgelost. Box 3 aflossingsvrij is niet toegestaan voor NHG.
