Who is eligible for NHG?
If you take out a mortgage to buy a house, you may be eligible for the National Mortgage Guarantee. The main condition is that the total costs – including additional expenses such as civil-law notary costs, commission and any refurbishment costs – must not exceed € 350,000. You can finance the total purchase price, so including the additional costs. The upper price limit for an existing house is € 312,500. The maximum price of a new house is € 324,074.
